Nour Salama

Director & Principal Solicitor

About Nour

“I started Salbridge because I believed legal services could be done differently — more accessible, more efficient, and built around how people actually need help today, not how the profession has always done things.”

Nour Salama is the founder and principal solicitor of Salbridge Lawyers. In 2025, she was recognised as Rising Star of the Year (SME Law)at the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards — one of the legal profession’s most prestigious national awards — for her innovative approach to legal practice and her impact on the Australian legal landscape.

Before launching Salbridge, Nour built her career across some of Australia’s leading legal and workplace relations firms, including the country’s largest workplace relations employer. She brings over eight years of experience spanning employment law, commercial law, property, and estate planning — and a clear view of how modern legal services should work.

With dual qualifications in law and cyber security, Nour brings a modern, tech-informed approach to legal practice. She has provided expert commentary for SBS News on workplace law reform, been featured in Australian Conveyancer magazine, and serves clients nationally across a wide range of industries.
